Estate Lake – 5 Acres
Our Estate Lake is ideal for up to 5 anglers, offering plenty of space and a great stock of hard-fighting carp. With 250 - 300 carp, to over 50lb, this lake is perfect for those looking for a rewarding challenge in a relaxed setting.

The Estate Lake has been part of the local landscape for many years and was originally created and managed as a traditional duck hunting lake. Today, it has evolved into a mature, character-filled carp lake that remains true to its natural origins.

Unlike many purpose-built fisheries, this is a genuinely natural water. Its water levels are influenced by the surrounding landscape, groundwater and seasonal rainfall, creating a natural annual cycle that has shaped the lake for generations. Through the wetter autumn and winter months the lake fills to its fullest, before gently transitioning into its summer profile as the seasons change.

These seasonal variations are part of what makes the lake so special. They create a diverse and ever-changing environment that the carp have lived in and adapted to over many years, encouraging natural movement, feeding behaviour and habitat use. Rather than remaining static, the lake evolves with the seasons, making every visit a little different from the last.

We embrace this natural hydrology and work with it, always placing the welfare of our carp at the heart of our management. The result is a healthy, thriving fishery that offers an authentic angling experience in a beautiful natural setting.

Classic Lake – 1.5 Acres
Our 1.5-acre Classic Lake offers a more intimate fishing experience and is perfectly suited to up to two anglers.

Whether you're planning a solo trip, a father-and-son adventure, introducing someone to carp fishing, or simply looking for plenty of action, this lake is a fantastic choice.

The lake holds a healthy stock of carp ranging from spirited 5lb fish through to specimens exceeding 35lb, alongside a variety of silver fish that provide constant sport. With fish of all sizes, there's always the chance of a bend in the rod, making it an ideal water for building confidence and enjoying consistent action.

For anglers new to France, the Classic Lake is the perfect introduction to French carp fishing. It offers the opportunity to experience beautiful surroundings, quality fish, and regular bites without the pressure of targeting only the biggest specimens. It's equally popular with younger anglers and families, where creating lasting memories is just as important as landing a personal best.

One of the things we're most proud of is the lake's consistency. It has earned a reputation for producing fish throughout the season, and to date, no visiting angler has ever blanked.

Both lakes are available on a drive and survive basis, allowing you the freedom to focus on your fishing. The swims are well-spaced and maintained to ensure comfort.
