 Booking Terms and Conditions

 Reservations

 Provisional reservations can be made by phone or email. All provisional bookings must be followed up with a completed  booking form and full non-refundable deposit (see below) must be received within 3 days of the initial reservation.  Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, a confirmation email and final invoice will be sent to the customer by  Champ Chevaux; this constitutes a formal acceptance of the booking.

Deposit amounts

• £200 per angler, per week booked.
• No deposit is required for non-anglers attending with a group

 Balance of payment

 The balance of all bookings must be received no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. If full  payment is not received by this date, Champ Chevaux reserves the right to cancel the booking with no return of deposit. Any chargeable expenses arising during the period of the holiday should be settled locally with us before departure

 Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable, as these are taken to secure your holiday date. If a member of a group is unable to attend, unfortunately the individual deposit is not refundable, and will not be offset against the remaining anglers holiday.

If cancelling, within 8 weeks of the date of your holiday, with regret no refund will be made. If a member of your group is unable to attend, again no refund will be issued - We recommend you obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation, and to have full cover for your party's personal belongings.

 Champ Chevaux reserves the  right to cancel your booking at any time, should this be necessary.

 Champ Chevaux will not be liable for any temporary defect or stoppage by public services to the property in respect of  any equipment or appliances in the property nor any loss, damage or injury as a result of adverse weather conditions or  any other matter, howsoever caused.

 Access for your carp fishing holiday

 Access to Champ Chevaux outside of the booked holiday period is at the discretion of the owners.

 Day of Arrival

 Customers have right of access from 2.00 pm (French time) on the day of arrival, with no right of access before this time  unless previously agreed with the owners, in writing.

 Departure

 Customers must depart by 10.00 am (French time). The customer is not entitled to remain on the property after this.

  Prices

 Champ Chevaux reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
