Champ Chevaux was previously known as Etang Tissier, Etang Tissier was purchased in 2005 by Peter and Tish Boswell, and originally owned by Monsieur Tissier.
Now owned and operated by Celia and Paul, the lakes continue to be used for lake exclusive drive and survive carp fishing.
Nestled in the serene countryside of Le Veurdre, France, we offer:
🎣 Exclusive carp fishing on two stunning runs-water lakes –
a 1.5-acre and a 5-acre lake, stocked with carp to over 50lb, available on a drive and survive basis.

Champ Chevaux is located in the quiet, picturesque countryside of Le Veurdre, in the Allier department of central France. Surrounded by rolling fields, woodlands, and serene landscapes, it’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
We are situated near the border of the Auvergne and Burgundy regions, offering a unique blend of natural beauty, rural charm, and traditional French culture.
